khbd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the khbd website accessible at khbd.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile-browser interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "khbd" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the khbd Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation and maintenance.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform for the purpose of accessing games and services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a khbd promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which khbd confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations, maintenance schedules, and promotional deadlines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The khbd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have attained the minimum age of 21. khbd takes its age-verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. khbd does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and khbd accepts no liability arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on khbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the khbd Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether individually or in coordination with other persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than opening a new Account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. khbd will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify khbd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

khbd is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account details matching your registered name)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. khbd reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance. khbd will notify the Account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any such fee. Where the Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Reactivation may require completion of a fresh verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

khbd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. khbd does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players may voluntarily set lower deposit limits via their Account dashboard as part of our responsible gaming tools. Voluntarily reduced limits take immediate effect; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 1 to 3 hours of approval
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Typically completed within 4 to 24 hours of approval

Processing times stated above are estimates and may be affected by payment provider maintenance windows, national public holidays in Bangladesh, or additional verification requirements. khbd accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any Real-Money Balance that has been the subject of a chargeback request cannot be withdrawn until the dispute is fully resolved. khbd reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud-detection or anti-money-laundering monitoring systems, pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, khbd may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, or other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain game categories (including but not limited to live casino and certain high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting the Wagering Requirement, as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers and free bets are time-limited. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds that are not used within 30 days of being credited to an Account will expire and be removed automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.4 Abuse and Misuse

khbd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): opening multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome offer; placing low-risk hedging bets solely to clear a Wagering Requirement; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics; or using automated software to interact with the Platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, khbd reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, cancel any resulting winnings, and close the Account.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Finality of Results

All game results and settled bets are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. khbd does not reverse settled outcomes except in cases of a documented technical malfunction or where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred. In either case, khbd will investigate the matter and, at its sole discretion, either void or re-settle the affected bets. All such decisions are final and not subject to further dispute.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including all cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform. Key general principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds displayed before confirmation are indicative only.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, bets may be voided or settled according to sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds refresh. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform issues a bet-accepted confirmation to the Player.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. khbd reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount accepted from any individual Player at its sole discretion.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino table games, slot games, live casino streams, and fishing games on the khbd Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by regulated third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as certified by the respective game provider. khbd has no ability to alter, manipulate, or override game outcomes.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the game state recorded at the point of disconnection. If the system is unable to determine the outcome of an interrupted game round, the bet amount may be credited back to the Player's Account. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during active play. khbd accepts no liability for losses attributable to Player-side internet or device failures.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the khbd Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in the activities listed below will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in card games, live casino, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activity. khbd is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than genuine sporting speculation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward khbd staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

khbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of addressing personal difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players free of charge from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications after a chosen duration of active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During cooling-off, all promotional communications are automatically paused.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Requests for self-exclusion are processed without a waiting period upon receipt at [email protected].

9 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by khbd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• khbd uses SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit.
• Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with trusted payment processors, identity-verification providers, and game-content suppliers as necessary to deliver Platform services.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations, by contacting [email protected].

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the khbd Platform — including but not limited to the khbd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of khbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment as a registered Player.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, frame, scrape, mirror, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of khbd. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Platform's software is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

khbd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the six calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

khbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance, and will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption by scheduling maintenance during low-traffic periods (typically late night to early morning BST).

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by khbd

khbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable period
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require Account closure
• The Player's jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction subsequent to Account opening

Where an Account is closed by khbd for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player. Where closure is due to a breach, khbd reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and legal review.

13 Amendments to These Terms

khbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, khbd will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the Table of Contents sidebar.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.1 above.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if applicable), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations. khbd operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification.
